The Hungarian Battery Excellence Award was presented for the first time on November 6 during the Hungarian Battery Days conference. The award was established by the Hungarian Battery Association to recognize outstanding achievements in Hungary’s battery industry.
The first recipient of the award was Infoware Zrt., honored for its MAB3 battery energy storage project. The company’s developments have made a significant contribution to the digitalization and efficient operation of the industry, thereby supporting the growth of a sustainable and competitive Hungarian battery sector.
The Association’s goal is to set a new professional benchmark with this award and to annually acknowledge domestic players whose innovative, transparent, and forward-looking developments serve as examples within the industry. Péter Kaderják, Managing Director of the Association, emphasized: „We selected a winner whose work exemplarily contributes to the development of Hungary’s battery industry through innovation and the added value of exceptional Hungarian expertise. Infoware’s project successfully integrated all the core principles that the Battery Association considers most important, which is why they became the first recipient of the Hungarian Battery Excellence Award.”
